moral dilemma...
i was walking towards my car after my little trip to the post office, and between my car and the curb, i noticed a wad of $1 bills lying on the asphalt. i picked it up, looked all around the parking lot in search of anybody walking around as if they were trying to find something. went into the car, counted the money, and it came out to $55 (there were fifteen $1 bills and two $20s). now i'm sitting inside the car wondering what the hell i'm supposed to do. the post office is across the street from where i am, behind me there are international markets, various restaurants, some random indian clothing store, and a car wash.
was i supposed to walk into every nearby establishment and ask if anyone lost some cash? for the time being, it's still in my purse though i was tempted to spend it as i met my friend for lunch and went shopping later...
