 Intake wise today sucks.  I for some GOD unknown reason got chinese for lunch, at the generals chicken left the lo mein noodles and the cookie.  Party at my place tonight people are bringing some food and their own drinks as it was decided yesterday that the party was happening and I havent had the time I would need to feed everyone!  So I went to
