(no subject)
Maybe I should start writing real livejournal entries again...hmm, here goes.
Life is really quite fantastic, and I need to be more conscious and appreciative of that. I'm only taking 4 academic classes and concert choir, and with the exception of one class, I am really enjoying and excelling in them all.
Sometime in the near future I will be getting a car, and I'm very much looking forward to that.
I love living with the Melissas, and the Ho Depot is turning out to be amazing!
Wicked fans be jealous: my dad got me a signed first edition hardback of Son of a Witch, the sequal to Wicked by Gregory Maguire. I haven't started it yet because I am nervous about messing it up, so it is just being displayed on my desk until I feel responsible enough to open it.
I sort of arranged a Christmas song for Noteworthy a couple of days ago, and it was very rewarding. I might do it again sometime. (I say 'sort of' because technically, the song was already a capella and I just transcribed it. But you know, whatev.)
One of the things I am enjoying most about this semester is how often I run into friends I love when on campus. I am also thoroughly enjoying the friendships I have made since the beginning of the semester, including but not limited to Sarah Puryear, Rachael Lunney, Myers, Kirby, and the rest of the Accidentals, Noteworthy hotties, and Nik and Alex.
And also some other things are pretty fun.
