We had a nice, big, Julia news day today.
1) Jim Caruso is bringing his Cast Party to Town Hall on February 23rd. Julia Murney will be part of the cast of this Actors Fund benefit, along with a bunch of other terrific Broadway folk. Read about it on Playbill, Broadwayworld, or Theatremania.
2) In advance of Julia's Wicked Divas performance in Arizona this weekend (with Alli Mauzey), a nice little interview appeared in the Arizona Daily Star. You can check it out here.
3) Carnegie Hall. Julia Murney will be playing Carnegie Hall!!! As part of the 2012-2013 New York Pops season, Julia will appear, along with Norm Lewis and Jennifer Laura Thompson, in The Wizard and I: The Musical Journey of Stephen Schwartz. The evening of Schwartz' music, which will celebrate both the composer's 65th birthday and the 10th anniversary of Wicked, will happen at the storied venue on April 12, 2013.
