Feeling Good
This semester has been absolutely insane.
I have been working my ASS off at TCM.
I have the hardest class in the upper div Ed courses
I have two tutoring gigs
I am trying to maintain a long distance relationship
I am trying to lose the 10 pounds the holidays gave me
I was tired, sad, lonely, stressed, overwhelmed.
But it was probably my best academic semester yet.
I taught a whole day of 8th grade and loved it :)
My 457 teacher asked me to send her my 20-day unit to use as an example for future classes
My 450 teacher just informed me that I received the only 100% (so far) on our presentation (we had to teach 15 min of a mock lesson).
Tomorrow is a pretty big Job Fair at Dominguez Hills and I'm feeling ready to go show these people that I am the best thing that will ever happen to their school.
I find out in the next month where I'll be student teaching.
I am sometimes barely clinging to my sanity, but somehow, everything is beginning to fall into place. Odd.
