19 days to the big 1-9!
There are 19 days until I turn 19 on December 18th! Aah! I am so excited! I can, but as the phrase says, "I CAN'T WAIT!!!" sigh I will honestly just be glad to be alive another year. Every day I am glad to be alive for yet another day. I try not to take it for granted that I am still alive because I know that I don't have to be. I may not be afraid of death, but I sure do appreciate life!
On another note, I went to choir rehearsal at the church this evening. It was pretty good! It was my first official one and I am happy that it went well. I DEFINITELY need to work on my Soprano game. I can sing well but I had to push extra hard today because there were only three other sopranos besides me (one including Diane, who is a natural alto but only sings soprano for support)and our voices were being drowned by the musicians, the choir director and the 6 thousand (exaggeration) altos. I wish I could take voice lessons somehow because they would really come in handy. I have to learn to control my breathing and to force the sound out of my body. A lot of people do not think about how serious singing is, but it really is a workout...for the lungs most definitely.
Anyhow, I am sleepy. Peace.
