Tired already

We've picked a realtor and are now in the frenzied stages of getting the house ready. So far the list includes sand/re-stain/seal the decks, re-paint the front bath and kitchen/dining room, replace all the bathroom fixtures, move the kitchen light to the laundry room and replace the kitchen light, take a few more things to storage, buy a new fridge (so that all appliances are black), replace the downstairs carpet and get the area around the back door tiled, Old English the bathroom cabinets, remove the faux tin ceiling in the bath, get rid of the front drapes (finally!), re-organize the bookshelves, make the guest room into a reading room and put granite counters in the kitchen. And we want to get the house on the market on 4/20 if at all possible.

I suspect I'm not going to have a life for the next three weeks.
