This has been a hectic month.
Lost my teaching job earlier in the month cause I lost my temper. But the woman who I got into a fistfight with lost her job too, and I'm glad of that. So are the rest of the teachers, who never liked her anyway. Very unprofessional, and a raging Amazon racist.
The bad thing about that was losing my students. But most of them have gotten back in touch with me, and they've forgiven me, so that's all that matters.
Haven't been sitting on my ass - I've had health fairs the week I was waiting to hear whether or not I'd been fired; and I've been on what seems like 10 interviews but has only been like, 5 in the past week. I'll be going on 4 more before Wed. of next week. Plus going to give a talk to retired assisted living ppl too.
I'm tired. :P
I'm also ready to have things settle back down into a regular schedule. :P And to get back together with Warren, but that looks like it's going to get put off for a year or so till our finances get together. :( We're going to be literally joined at the hip for the forseeable future once we finally get in the same country for any decent length of time..
