well, its been forever...
but I decided now was a good time to post! Summer is officially over as of this past week. I think it's the first time in my life that I've been glad to have it come to an end. Not that it was a horrible summer or anything. It definitely had its low points, but it had its very high points too. Especially since God used it to teach my some incredibly important lessons. One of which is that he has a better plan for my life then I could ever dream up. Although this last week was stressful with my 10+ hour days on campus, less than pride inspiring job, gushing blisters, lack of sleep, and trying to adjust to a bunch of new things, I'm still ecstatic to be back up in Bham! Living in the Lilypad with my 6 other amazing roomies has been exactly what I needed. No matter how crummy my day has been it always feel cheered up as soon as I walk in the door where there's a bunch of people laughing, praying, cooking, chatting, or whatever else. Oh yeah, and there's also that one guy who's pretty cool and still surprisingly enough stuck around even after me being a little overreactive this week. :) Though it still takes me offguard when I hear people refer to him as my boyfriend! Speaking of things that seem strange to say..I'm actually going to try and get started on some homework.
