(no subject)
I'm really getting used to sleeping in late, staying out late, and doing absolutely nothing but hanging out with friends. To sum up my week: On Friday I went to downtown Seattle with friends, just to see the lights and walk around. I'm going crazy with my new digital camra. I think everyone else is less than amused with having their picture taken every 3 mins. It would have been a lot better if we had gotten there before everything closed, but we went to the Ave so Aaron, Travis, and I get a cigar. I love that the AVE stays alive all night, but it got pretty scary when us girls were waiting for the guys and kept getting harassed. Not cool.
Lion King was Saturday. Katie, Travis, Kyle, and I got all dressed up, went to dinner before hand, and B&O for dessert afterwords. The show was amazing... even if we were in row Z and had to use binoculars. But I could still see well enough to know that adult Simba was HOT.
On Monday I played poker and smoked cigars with Mark, Travis, Corey, and Kyle. Ah, just one of the guys. Until Jessica, Katie, and Sherin came over, then we pushed the table and chairs to the side of Corey's livingroom, dimmed the lights, turned on Kube and had our own dance party. After the neighbor's came over twice to ask us to quiet down, we just decided to lay on each other, get massages, and talk. I was glad that the group dynamic was back on since there'd been some drama the day before.
Yesterday, after shopping with Corey, the guys came over again and the 5 of us went for a 5 mile run. It felt great and I was relieved that I kept up. After cleaning up we went to Katie's to decorate cookies with Sherin, Jessica, Katie, and Amber. The boys played poker in the other room which allowed for us girls to have some very interesting conversations! Oh man, I laughed so hard. Tonight, I went to Bellevue Botanical Gardens and Starbucks with Casey, Kristin, and Laura. It was great to see people from Western and catch up. I can't believe Christmas is only a few days away! I wish this break would go slower...
