My God...
I feel so thankful to have witnessed such an important event in our history. It doesn't make sense to me that at some point in our country's history people that had a different color skin were treated the way they were. I never grew up with that, but seeing these grown men and women cry on CNN...I know how important it is, for us as individuals, for America. We truly are entering a time of change for the better.
I've never been so involved or so attached to candidates and issues such as in this election. I feel that I'm probably growing up, but also as I said before, this was poised to be such a pivotal point in our history. I will remember being a part of it, and tell my children about it someday.
