pointless
the one good thing that happened today..
watched the sixers game! (they played against the dallas mavericks.) ok i know your thinking "jul, you are the biggest freak", but it was an amazing game. i could have been in bed by 1030, was soo tired, but jaime was upset and needed to talk so i talked to her for a little, then watched some of the news to get an update on the snow. was going to go to sleep after that, but i wanted to see how the sixers did tonight. so i turned on ESPN2, and there was only about 2 min left so i figured i just watch the rest of the game. well they were down 84-70 at the end of the 3rd quarter (14 points), and came back in the 4th quarter to tie it up 107-107! the sixers scored 37 points in the 4th quarter, compared to the mavericks 23 points. they were shooting 3-pointers left and right it was insane. they made 7 of 9 3's in the 4th quarter! iverson, dalembert, and that awesome rookie korver all contributed. so it went into OT, and both teams were making so many shots again, and at the end of the 1st OT, it was tied again, 115! soo into 2nd OT we go, but unfortunately they lose 124-121 :-/ ..of course i'm upset that they lost, but it was one hell of a game. sixers came back late in the game for a great comeback and fought hard, but the mavs came away with the victory. it proved though that iverson isn't the only person on the team (even though he is my fav.) robinson, mckie, snow, coleman, all of them contribute in many ways. korver had 17 points in the 18 minutes he played tonight! that's crazzyy. it was such an exciting game though, glad i stayed up to watch the end of it. sucks for all you who were sleeping ahah.
i sound happy or whatever you want to call it, but i'm really not. i'm in an OK mood, and i guess a pretty good one after watching the game i don't know. i'm still so upset that i just tried to make a happy, pointless entry for the hell of it. why did it have to happen like this, esp so suddenly? why am i writing a stupid entry right now? maybe because i've studied enough algebra for the night. i'm starting to get very tired all of a sudden..it's snowing which is a good thing, but not enough to get off from school probably which is unfortunate. my <3 hurts.
