Depending on the price and how long it'd be for, I could be convinced. Would you be getting them pre-filleted/gutted/scaled? Or would you be getting them whole?

Dan likes getting them whole. More fish for less money, overall. He knows how to do all of the prep and would probably be willing to teach.

That would be awesome, I think. Also I get fish heads. How much and could it be for only a few months?

We would definitely give you all the heads; we always just threw them out. :)

The "season" is 12 weeks, March-April-May. The whole fish delivery is $20/wk total. There is also an option for an every-other-week delivery schedule. http://www.capeannfreshcatch.org/spr2011_shares.html

Yeah, I can dig that. You guys would be signing up for every week? I've been craving more protein since I stopped eating meat that I didn't know where it came from, and having awesome sustainable fish would be just what I need.

We would prefer to do the weekly. :)

I'll start an email with you, me, and Dan.

He can't knit... yet. He has bought yarn for himself to learn on, though. ;)
