My main question was WTH was going on at the end??? the plot at the end was ... very confusing. What did the Atomic bomb have to do with any of this?

I didn't play through, but someone showed me the bits they thought were cool, including the endgame.

Although I did not finish, I also *did* eventually refer to a walkthrough. While I am good at mental puzzles, and ok at platforming, the combination of high-precision platforming with extreme mental gymnastics eventually got to the point where it was no longer enjoyable, so I stopped.
