I have been pretty quiet, but I have been sick for over a week, and am just starting to feel better now. The doctor diagnosed me with pleurisy (long story about how that came to be, and I won't bore anyone about it), but I am FINALLY feeling like myself again, both with breathing without pain and having more energy to do things. Hallelujah!
I really enjoyed last night's Angel episode - so good to have Spike back! I really enjoyed the dynamic between the two of them. I admit though, that I covered my eyes when they showed the final moments from "Chosen" - didn't want to see Spike dissolve again like he did. *shudder* And it does look like maybe he believed Buffy after all when she told him she loved him, given his reaction to news of where she was, whether she was okay, and how he reacted to Angel about her. Hmm...
Okay, I will pimp a story I have been reading faithfully - it's The Butterfly Effect by Cousinjean, in her LJ. It is post-season 7 Buffy going back to the season two time period, to make sure that time's Spike gets to do the spell which restored Drusilla health. It's to ensure that Spike becomes the person he becomes in the current time period. It's really touching, especially with that time's Spike encountering post-season 7 Buffy, and realizing that he is falling for her. Plus you feel bad for Buffy, who has realized that she loves Spike, and misses him terribly following his sacrifice. Read it! Also, Nan Dibble has come out with the sequel to "Enemy of my Enemy", her sequel to "Old Blood". It's "The Blood is Life", and the first six parts are here at All About Spike. Between these two stories, I shamelessly check them every day to see if they have updated. Plus there is Xio's update of "Carefully to Tread" at Beautiful Freak. Lots of fic! Yippee! Glad people are still writing Spuffy - I am still such a fan of it.
