Available to a good home -- 2 female chins, standard grey. Approximately 2 yrs old (chins live 15 - 20 yrs). Although rescued, they are both extremely friendly & sociable. One loves to be petted & scratched but not picked up. The other will allow herself to be picked up during floor time, but dislikes being petted

It's against the law to refuse a tenant to keep a pet, unless that pet can be shown to be a danger and/or cause extensive property damage.
Any terms in a lease agreement that prohibit pets is immediatly null and void without affecting the remainder of the lease.

I kinda want a chinchilla, but a) I'm WAY too far away and b) I don't think I could look after it properly between work and school. :(

See, Im worried cause Im not really on a lease. I have to give 2 months notive befor I leave, thats it.
So Im worried if I get a pet he'll just be like "Here is your 2 months notice to leave"
Even though I've noticed the people o nthe back of the building of a leash hanging off their close lines and chewtoys......so i think they have a dog.

BTW: They must go together -- they are bonded sibs & have always been together.
