The weather was bad the night this ep aired, so there were some hiccups throughout the show. There might be some minor holes in the caps (no more than 20-30 seconds, but damn it, didn't it have to happen during the first House/Cuddy scene; no paperclip hand slap, but it was mostly intact).
Caps from 4x04 should be up quicker -- hopefully tonight or tomorrow.
