Last day for nominations
Thanks for all the nominations so far! And especially thanks for all the links, lyrics, and lyrics translations.
There's now a day to go - see a countdown timer to when nominations end.
We already have the largest Jukebox tagset yet. I'm both excited and nervous and expect to go through several pots of tea and lots of snacks when putting together the tables of sources.
There are a couple of outstanding queries at the previous post.
This year, I've noticed a lot of songs from larger sources - songs from video games, musicals, etc. This is fine! Just in case, though: please do not request or offer these songs if you are hoping for fic/art/podfic about the larger canon of which the song is a part. Requests and gifts must treat each song and music video as if it stands alone.
If that was your intention when you nominated it, great. However, if you were hoping to offer or request the song in reference to its larger canon, and now realise you can't, you're welcome to ask me to change such a nomination to something else you want instead.
