What a freaking day. I feel like I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Blah for craziness.
But we did manage to find a gift for our instructor (it only took 2 hours) so that's good.
We also went to the Second Cup and I had a Caramel/Toffee Delato *dies* It was SOOOO good but sweet. Next time I'm going to try the Cookies and Creme one.
I also looked around for new sunglasses. I wish I had contacts so I could just buy a cheap pair of sunglasses but alas, I'm blind as a bat without my glasses and need to get perscription ones. Lenscrafter actually had fairly decent prices for sunglass frames. I'm thinking with my prescription they'd probably run me about $150 which isn't too bad. I do have prescription sunglasses but the problem is that my glasses are plastic and don't have nose pieces. My sunglasses have nose pieces and where I've gotten used to not having any I find they actually bother me to wear them now. I'll drap Lisa with me to help me pick some out. My friend got glasses from WalMart that were nice. Maybe I could check there.
I finally got to see SLC Punk. It's hilarious and kind of sad. I may be in love with Matthew Lillard now. I loved his blue hair. Adam was wonderful, but really when is Adam not wonderful? That guy could show up in sweats, with bed head, have morning breath, sit and read the phone book to me, and I would still be madly in love with him. I have a feeling there might be an Adam icon coming back into play. I want one that has," It's not 'cause they want to fight me, it's 'cause they want to fuck me" *snort*
Well I'm going to go eat lunch as I'm starving.
Michelle, I told you to call my cell and then the battery died! I didn't realize until I was leaving Polo. I checked to see if maybe I hadn't heard my cell ring and I saw it was turned off. Yeah, no battery. Well I'm home now. I don't know what your plans are for the next couple days but maybe we can swing something?
