So I went to work yesterday and absolutely NOTHING happened. I had one eprson stop in to look through some papers but other than that no one wanted to play tennis. GO FIGURE?! So I sat in the building for about 4 hours on my afternoon shift and got a lot of my homework finished. I did my community involvement journals, on-going service journals, three chemistry worksheets, read my sociology chapter, all the time getting paid. I must say it got boring and lonely, and COLD but I managed. I'm looking forward to warmer weather for sure, because sitting in there with a crappy unit heater is not fun.
I have no plans for Valentines day, but then again I'm not surprised. I have to work and I'm playing in a tennis match with my mixed doubles team and hopefully we will win and stay in first place. I'm really happy because last season we barely missed advancing to A-2 division, and because of some other team technicalities they moved us up anyways and we have been dominating. It's just a really good feeling to be part of a succesful team.
Science Fair was really fun this weekend and I was so glad to see the masses of people I did. Unfortunately my good friends got jipped with the judging but for those returning I know they will have an even better proejct to bounce back with.
I'm scheduled to judge next weeks fair in junior teams but I'm nervous because I'm not sure how that will pan out. I can always back down last minute but I'd rather not do that to Mrs. Scott. I'm just EXTREMELY excited because Amelia might be able ot come home this weekend if she can get her ride arranged. GOSH I MISS HER SO MUCH!
Other than that life is a little bit mor relaxing than it was a few weeks ago. I finally got rid of the tension in my lower back which i had for a few months. No idea how, but I'm not going to complain.
I still have a lot of homework, I'm waiting for one test score to be posted, I have a couple books to read and some worksheets for CommInv so I'm going to go and finish as much as possible before i teach one hour today at the courts.
