Thanksgiving and other such nonsense
So, life hasn't been very exciting. I work, I sleep and I get two days to myself in which I usually spend one as far from civilization as possible and the second exploring Chelsea. I wish I had some kind of stellar update, but it's all been pretty bland.
My sister and mother visited for a little over a week, flying home early so as not to get stranded, and all before we could really get out and see Boston on my days off. It made me sad, and the apartment has seemed a little emptier for it, but at the same time, I'm happy they got to come see my life, if only for a brief time.
Thanksgiving for me is going to be pizza, movies and pajama pants. I don't plan on budging from my apartment and I hope existing in a vegetative state whilst porking out on cheesy goodness will prevent me from remembering all the happy, turtleneck memories of Thanksgiving's past.
I'm kind of excited to try a bigger holiday on my own though, see what it's like, just once to not spend it with anyone. Either way, it won't be exciting. Sorry I don't have more..
