I saw Stardust today and I have one word: amazing! I can't wait to get it on DVD. I saw it with a group of people who aren't very alike (weird that we're friends anyway), and we all loved it. You'll laugh, cry, root for the good guys, the bad guys, hold your breath and just have a great time. It's definitely one of the best movie-going experiences of my life, I have to say. While I've liked a lot of movies in the last couple of years, I've never seen one recently that I loved so much.
How hot was Prince Septimus? I was really, really hoping he's survive to become king. But I loved how the dead princes stayed around to heckle. Tristian was also very yummy, especially after his make-over. And, seriously, if nothing else, this movie is worth seeing alone for Robert DeNiro in petticoats. Also, Ricky Gervais's character is practically out of The Office.
I simply can't stress how great this movie is. You have to see it!
