'Text Rage' Leads to Alleged Brutal Teen Beating
Basically, a 15-year-old who found his older brother hanging from a tree outside a local church the year before participates in a texting conversation with a girl from his high school (who he's never met before) about his relationship with his girlfriend. The conversation ends when the girl "makes a comment" about his brother's suicide, and he tells her he's going to snap her neck. Then he finds her and kicks her head in with steel toed boots. She's now in an induced coma.
The same high school the kid goes to was in the news last year when a group of teenagers set a student on fire (burns on 80% of his body) because of a stolen video game.
Either Miami is hell on earth, or there are so many things wrong with the world that it makes my head hurt.
