Proposition 8 was passed in California.
This isn't right, I can't even imagine the pain that current same-sex married couples are feeling right now. :\
It comes to show why voting for what you believe in is so important. Even if you think you know your state and find no reason to vote for a candidate, there are OTHER ISSUES that need to be addressed on that ballot!! Protect your rights and KNOW THEM.
