it was so hot at the gym. I worked my legs. upped my weight.
I squatted 90 plus the bar which I think is 45 or 60.
im building bulk, I could have added more weight.
but I had other exercises to do.
lunges, lying curl, staight legs, calves.
lunges- I used 25lbs walked front wards/back wards. which was hard because I don't have my inhaler till tomorrow. calves- 25lbs w/free weights on the sitting down machine. I did lying curl, straight leg, did I think 3 sets of the glute machine (pushing my leg up while laying flat on my stomach),
all about 35-40 lbs. i did two sets of one leg at time for the straight legs plus the regular set. so I think i did it four times.
plus a whole bunch of abs. obliques using weights. now im going to do more with my ab tape. that video is so hard right now because I need an adjustment.
when I start running im going to run at night. im not sure yet because I need to get a whole wardrobe just for that <3
my cousin Chad/Jason (the twins) runs in booty shorts in broad daylight down the main streets. omg @ Mary doing Chad twice.
it rained. now its like 70 outside. oh, I need a new ac because I think mine is intended to be set on the floor.
my gym at night plays emo bands. but never the good shit.
i put this sample of the spf lotion on my hand and i smell exactly like my ex :(
i miss him now. omg its so weird. im going crazy
his condo has like 3-4 floors to it. lives by himself. hes was 1 or 2 points away from a perfect score on his acts. i dont even know if this true but i want to meet him while im in california. besides all that hes well grounded and we have so much shit in common. he finishes my sentences for me.
