The opening last night was actually a bit of a disappointment. The acting by the two main leads was pretty good, but I felt like Anthony Wong's talent was totally ignored and his lines were too rare and/or contrived. Definitely nice pretty romanticized Chinese exoticism, but you can't deny that *damn* that scenery is beautiful :) Over all, good chick-flick of a movie, nice romantic story (purply-blue feet and hands sticking through the ground aside) though I'm POed that Mr. Norten's plane got in late last night and he couldn't come to the viewing. ;p
