why I don't eat salads in China
but, I do luuuuurv me some spinach and eggs (菠菜炒鸡蛋) especially with a wee bit of vinegar... it makes for a lovely breakfast of leftovers as well ;)
was up all night (well, a lot of the night) preparing the apartment for the houseguests (cousins of the boyfriend) so I think that I'll make meself some coffee, though after I've finished with the eggs and spinach of course.
