(no subject)
Well, I ended up with 21 hrs of OT for my check next week. Not too shabby, eh? I was half tempted to work another 8 hr shift tomorrow or even stay tonight but I just can't and I don't really want to! I'm working 8-12 tomorrow which is good enough. I contemplated staying tonight too but I'm cool on that as well. 21 hrs will give me $360 extra before taxes, I was hoping to get a $1000 check but that won't happen, maybe closer to $900. Regardless, I will have MORE than enough money to do some shopping with and hopefully even save some.
So, I'm real glad we were safe and cautious yesterday and that Randy drove. By the time we headed home (8:30) it was HORRIBLE outside. It wasn't really snowing that bad as much as the wind was blowing, changing the direction of the snow falling, and then blowing around the snow already on the ground. So many times we couldn't see the road, almost missed our exit, and couldn't even see the entrance to the development. I would have been FREAKING out if I had driven myself so it's a good thing he was driving!!
Last night was lame for the simple fact that I was only home for 2 hrs before going to bed. It was 9 by the time we got home, ate dinner, had a lil nookie, and I was in bed by 11 /o= Ah well. I had my dentist appointment this morning so I had no choice. Which, by the way, I REALLY want to just get them all yanked out and get dentures!! I cannot WIN with these teeth of mine. 3 god damned cavities AGAIN. I just don't get it. Meh.
Well, I've been at work for an hour and haven't done squat. I should hop to it. Yay it's Friday!!
