hey hey every one. my car is so ill right now!! alright, well i replaced the clutch of my car because i thought that my throwout bearing was shot. when i finished w/ the clutch i brought it down from the lift and started it up and the noise was still there......i was so pissed, when i found out that it was my inner shaft bearing of my transmission. so i started to make my calls to my boys.....i find a 96' EX civic trany that has all new bearings in it. so it gets droped off at honda 15 minutes later and i start checkin it out and all the bolts and measurments are strait. my vx has long gears for the good gas milage and redlines at 6000 rpms. this ex trany has shorter gears and redlines at 7200 rmps!!! so the gear ratios are different. i drove it home today and it was so ill!!!!! i was down shifting to 4th on the highway, and punching it all the way to 7000. it is such a big difference. so that new clutch and trany is sweeeeeeeeeet. but thats all i really wanted to say. haha im out peace
