Akune is Special. He can copy abilities and techniques after seeing them just once. Magical attacks and things like that don't count - he's just a high school student without any flashy powers, after all. It has to be something he could physically manage himself.
So! This isn't like that wacky Sharingan thing we've all heard so much about and the copied technique isn't really on the same level of the original without training and practice. But still!
