Definitely a very good waste of time... LOL And yes, scanning (or photographing) sketches looses a lot. I find I have to desaturate, then raise the white areas and lower the dark using curves rather than just contrast, as it seems to work better that way.

I figured staring at Dean's pretty face just really really cannot be bad *giggles*

I'm not anywhere near skillful when it come to PS and its infinity of functions so I'll bear in mind the thing about curves. Thanks!

I only know a few functions myself (I use GIMP as I can't justify the expense of buying PS)

That foreboding feel might have something to do with the pile of things that didn't do itself while I was doodling.

Thank you! I'm kind of glad about how that jacket came off, which is pretty surprising in itself. But then again I didn't stop drawing it in the middle and replaced it with a patch of gray *does not look at the corn field which does not look like a corn field, does not at all*
