Health Update

Went to my endocrinologist today.  My numbers were pretty good, and trending lower than three months ago.

This evening, went to the Y and swam twelve laps.  It took me an HOUR.  I have really slowed down, and my stamina is reduced, too. Well, I'll continue to try all summer, with swimming and walking and biking, and I intend to improve again, and this time, NOT get hurt.
