(no subject)
Well, I suppose it's time I updated this thing! It's been a while and I think i'm long overdue :-p
Yes.. the last entry didnt really count as an update :-p
Hmmm where do I start.....
- I found out a few weeks ago that my supervisor has been talking trash behind my back. Basically that I was very unproductive, bleh, bleh bleh! I knew that he talked trash about others, so it really didnt surprise me at all when I found out he talked about me too. Eh well.... My one year probation period is up this month soooooo we'll see how this goes. I just hope it goes through without a hitch ;)
- Yes, it's official.. I have a PS3 :) I've been playing it quite a bit lately :) I got COD4 for the PS3 and have been playing with my snowboarding buddy and his co-workers :) It's definitely different than playing with random people you dont know ;)
- Friday night, went to the Dodger's game. It was the debut of Manny Ramirez in Dodger blue :) Unfortunately, they lost :( I've been to 3 Dodger games this season and they've lost al 3!!!! Go figure!!!!!!
- Funny moment.... we had tickets at the all you can eat pavilion.... I was minding my own business, eating my hot dogs.... some guy behind me... started egging me on... apparently, he had eaten 6 hot dogs going on 7... I was at hot dog number 5!
It was hilarious!!!! Toby and Shanelle were cringing and Brian and LeeAnne were just laughing their asses off!
Basically... I managed to eat 6.5 hotdogs before I got really SICK of eating hotdogs!!! The other guy stopped at 7... so it wasnt a bad beat :) Besides, if I had known I was going to be challenged, I wouldn't have eaten on Friday ;)
Baseball is just boring on TV... It's WAYYYYYYYYYYY better in person :)
- Just now, I got my hands on Nelly Furtado's "In God's Hands" mp3. I got her album version, the one with Keith Urban, and the one she sings in spanish :) Right now, they're on repeat!!! Yea, i'm feeling like a little softie.. shoot me :-p
- Currently, i'm home in Rancho. Only home because it's my sis' birthday. We went out to dinner with her friends. It was good up until the bill came! It sucked seeing my sis take out some cash to cover the rest of the bill. I covered her meal and her friend PJ covered her drink, but for some bullshit reason we were still short. I really do think some of her friends still didnt put in their fair share!!!! That was kind of a downer for her, but PJ gave her an ear and she was better for the most part.
Right after that dinner debacle, we went to yard house for drinks and then just went home. I was tired and so was everyone else.
At least when we got home, I gave my sis her presents. 2 dvd's and a CD. She was pretty surprised that I was able to get them today on such short notice! Yes i'm that damn good :-p. At least getting her those 3 things put a smile on her face :) Plus, PJ is definitely one of the better friends my sister can have.. Just saying!!!!
- Hmmmmmmm not sure what else I haven't covered...
- I'm now putting more money away every month out of my paycheck. My bills this month was not TOO bad, thankfully. Just have to reduce/stop spending on things I really dont need. The PS3 was the last major item for a long time!
