[The journal's voice function starts abruptly to record a low grunting sound, almost like a snore. It's soon followed by an actual groan, though. The rustling of sheets and almost inaudible creaking of wood, as if someone's rolling over in bed. Then, completely muffled by a pillow:]

I wonder why that is. I mean, I was really scared, and I got really angry at the Malnosso too. Usually that's enough to make him take over.

[It truly is a bit strange. One might think it had to do with the return of Emil's powers, but that doesn't quite make sense. After all, shouldn't Ratatosk's powers in turn have been increased as well, up to the point where he could break free regardless of Emil's defenses?]
