Went with Nikki to two karoke bars last night. Was having a pretty good time just sitting back and laughing at and/or being impressed by the singers until at the second place, some guy with a fixation for Mighty Mighty Bosstones and a girl singing Dennis Leary's "Asshole" managed to get me to uh... participate

we had 2 90 degree days last week and I was running a machine without a cab.

I wore shorts because I could. The first day my rigth knee was sunburned. It hurt enought to buy the $7 spray on aloe. So the second day I change the direction I was running so I couldn't get more sun on it. The side of my left leg was so sunburned that you could see little blood spots in it.
