i lost my shoe...
Okay, so last night’s episode of Supernatural has got to be my favorite so far, of all three seasons. As much as I love Sammy, and hate when bad things happen to him, he’s just too cute when he’s acting all mournful and sulky. Plus, the whole episode was just hilarious.
It was a bit predictable at times. Like when the beer bottle rolled into the kitchen and the camera kept coming back to it. At first I’m like “He’s going to trip on it. Then he put that super pointy fork thing, pointing out, into the strainer, it’s like “Oh, gods, he’s going to trip on the bottle and run into it.” Of course, what I had in my mind pales slightly to what actually happened. I was seeing him fall on his back on it. Woe is my slightly not so gory mind. It was pretty wicked, nevertheless. The books falling on the guy’s head, I was completely expecting that. And Sam losing his shoe, also pretty predictable.
Why has Sam been getting choked so much lately? It’s sad. Anyway, his bad luck streak was pretty much awesome. Why? You would think I wouldn’t want my favorite character to fall, lose his shoe, get caught on fire by an air conditioner, and knocked unconscious by a curtain, duct taped to a chair, beat by some wacko idiots, then get shot. Okay, I will forever love the image of him duct taped to a chair… Anyway, when he lost his shoe in the drain, I was about this close to awwwwwing out loud. Only, my dad was right there next to me. That would have been awkward. That look on his face coupled with the way he says he lost his shoe just made him seem like the most adorable lost puppy ever. All tragic and woe is me, why must I live this life, why couldn’t I just fall down there instead of my shoe?
In the whole “Don’t even scratch your nose” part, he’s just so childish, how he waits for Dean to leave and scratches real quick. And when the air conditioner starts smoking, his whining was too cute.
