Just dropping a few quick notes on TV in general (since my own life is unremarkable -- honestly, nothing new is happening).
Bones -- Still love it. Tolerating the Kim character. I'm sure that they'll do more intersteding things with her later. I'm glad that
she and Tempe have reached an understanding, since that whole dynamic was getting old fast. And I'm hoping that they don't do a whole jealous lovers triangle with her, Booth and Tempe.
But I've got to ask,
where the HELL were the face shields and goggles when Kim was using the sternal saw? Everyone in that room should have been wearing them, even Booth. No distance is a safe in a room with flying debris.
Men in Trees -- Cute. I'd watch it again. I like the fact that it's filmed in Canada. I actually recognised one of the mountains they showed, although, I don't know the name of it. And now the
nitpick. Now, if she had actually sprayed herself with bear spray, she would have been clutching her face in agony, since bear spray is just really strong pepper spray. Although, the person at this link gave me a bit chuckle with their misinterpretation of bear spray:

Firefly -- Yes, you read correctly. I finally sat and watched all of my Firefly DVDs through. And when I finished, I almost cried. 'Cause there aren't anymore. I enjoy shows like House, the first season of which I'm catching up on now. It has witty dialogue, as well as character and storyline developement. But every episode of Firefly was different. You never knew where they would begin or where they would end, or have any kind of clue what the middle would be. I loved that. We need more Joss on TV again. I'm very sad now.
Off TV-topic, onto an advertisement I saw in a magazine for a petting zoo at a county fair: "You're not so much petting, as tenderizing." So wrong, but so funny!
