Rusty Cooking...

1) I was steaming some shanghai dragon buns: So I turned the temp. to MAX, poured some water into the pan, then topped it with some dragon buns that just came out of the freezer.... then went off to study for a bit.... then suddenly... "beep beep beep"... stupid alarm... i first thought.... like.. why would alarm go off when i'm just "steaming" stuff? .... so I went out to check on the buns... and holy.... all the water evapourated... and the bottom of the pan was BLACK!

2)Made Swiss-sauce-egg today... I thought...the longer you leave it in there, the more flavour will seep into the egg white.. and into the yolk... so I boiled the eggs for 6 hours (temperature on MIN this time)... just in time for my midnight study snack... and holy... it was salty! but I was so hungry that I ate 2.
