What did you do in 2010 that you'd never done before?
Buy alcohol? I'm trying to think, but really, it's like...I don't...know. Maybe I'll edit this when I think of something else.
Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I broke mine in September. ;D
Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes! Actually! ABOUT TWELVE PEOPLE. It's like, everyone is having frickin' babies EVERYWHERE. I'm trying to think of a specific one, but I really can't.
Did anyone close to you die?
Yeah. Let's not go into detail.
What places did you visit?
I went to Philadelphia. Oh FUCK that was an awful trip. It would've been FANTASTIC had I been going with people who actually, you know, wanted to EXPLORE a new city, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. "Herp derp. Let's spend the entire time in the FUCKING hotel room." I didn't have a car. I couldn't escape. Hell, the people we were visiting got lost going to the fucking Liberty Bell. (I just realized I had been making an effort not to say 'fuck' today. It, um, didn't work.) They were all like, "Hurrrr, I only drive to work and back. I've lived here all of my life, but YOU KNOW." It's not like I expected them to like, go to the Liberty Bell every day. I don't know what I expected.
BUT! I went to Savannah with Mandy during Spring Break. That was a fun trip. We saw a St. Patrick's Day parade. It started at like, ten o' clock, and there were these soccer mom's/rednecks doing Jello shots from the time it started till it was over. By like, one o' clock they were "Grrrhdsnbjsakljhdsfhk". I don't think they could've put together a coherent sentence if they tried. It was hysterical. The drive down and back was the most fun, to be honest. I love car trips with Mando.
What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
Travallan. I think that I might have a significant other...or something...*bluuuush*

What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I made new friends that will probably last. Other than that I haven't done anything that's that spectacular.

The usual. Emotional trauma. Emotional stupidity. Normal stupidity.
Did you suffer illness or injury?
I had one virus thing, and I'm almost certain I broke my foot. Didn't go to the doctor for it. LOL. I don't usually get sick.
What was the best thing you bought?
Tickets to see Imogen....and books. I was really excited to get Behemoth. SUCH a good book....Oh! and I bought Porco Rosso (It was STOLEN by a little bastard, but you know) and it became one of my favorite Ghibli films.

Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Mandy's...not really appalled...just depressed...and my mother's.
Where did most of your money go?
Books. Books. Books. Movies. Books. Vidya Gaems. Books. Books. Imogen. Books. and Muuuuuuuusic.

Several music-related things. Valkyria Chronicles II. MOTHERFUCKING EDGEWORTH.

I don't really associate songs with YEARS. I won't be like, "OH hurrr I remember 2010." maybe the decade or some shit. But if I had to pick, it'd be Florence.

I can't think of anything new I watched on like, CABLE, this year other than a few Food Network shows. BUT. Oh GOD. Sora no Woto is a favorite. Read or Die is like AMAZING as of maybe three days ago....I could seriously go on about anime I've watched this year. Thank you Nathan.

What was the best book you read?
Behemoth and a couple of murder mysteries and stuff. Maximum Ride has been good. Does fanfiction count? LOL. I'm in the process of reading at least two books right now, but I won't finish them before 2011. Maybe they'll be THAT GOOD that they can't top anything else I read in 2011.
What was your greatest musical discovery?
Marina and the Diamonds. I LOVE her...I can't really think of anything else that just sticks out in my head.
What did you want and get?
Good friends. Love.
What did you want and not get?
A better job. A better life. Still workan on it.
What was your favorite film this year?
Too many. I can't specifically remember something that I watched that I was just like HEY. Toy Story 3 was great, though.
What did you do on your birthday?
Got on the train from hell and went to Philadelphia.
What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Not being so attached to one person. Not getting attached so easily.
How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2010?
Better than usual, but no one's going to look at me and be like "Whoah. Check out that style." I don't think they'd be like "Oh holy SHIT she looks like she crawled out of a dumpster" either, though. I like to look nice and pressed and clean-cut. Professional. I don't really pull it off, though.
What kept you sane?
Music, as always, and a couple of special people.
Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Florence Welch for a change, and Imogen Heap, as always. I want her to be my best friend.
