Vacation!!!
I got back from my vacation yesterday, late, and I've been too tired to update, till now.
Thursday: The trip out wasn't so bad, we took a van, which I paid for...your welcome mom, dad, and bros. And I love AC!!! We left at about tenish on thursday, and got out there around five or six. Out there is in refernce to my uncle Larry and his family, Aunt Ruth, Rob and Jessica in Boscom OH, (just south of Sandusky OH, home of Ceader Point, but more on that later). I stayed in Rob's room, Matt and Jon stayed in Jessica's, Jessica in her parents room, and my parents on the hide-a-bed couch.
Friday: The next morning we went shoping, nothing too exciting, but I did get my associate's discount at the local staples, I know, I'm a looser, but it helps having my buisness card on hand, got dvds for a project. Left that after noon for Dayton OH for the wedding of my cousin Suzanne. Wonderful wedding, short to the point, but not too short. Had a lovely reception after, at the same place her sister, Jennifer, had her's this past december. Afterwards we went to our hotel....right next to the church.
Saturday: Jon and I got up early (read 7:30) to go eat breakfast with Mom, and Aunt Bev, and Uncle Bill, then went with them , sans Mom, to the Wright Patterson Air Force Base Museum. I love going to the museum, and they've added on since I've been there. They have a Whole new hanger, and a "missle tower" added on, so the displays are more spread out and they have put more planes in, but removed some of my favorites, including the x-plane series, such as the x-1a plane, and the x-70 (huge supersonic plane). Around 1pm, Dad showed up at the museum with our tickets for him, jon and me to go to the Dayton Airshow, which was being held at the Dayton International Airport. Words cannot discribe my feeling at the show...but it was kinda like a kid in a HUGE candy shop. I'll post pictues of the show later, along with details, but surfice to say, it was amazing. After the show the three of us met back up with Mom and matt, and headed back north to Uncle Larry's place agian....
It's getting late, I'll update the rest soon, with pics, and there's a lot more to tell.
