Yesterday, I had my annual physical examination in Healthway in Shangri La Mall. Everything was normal except my weight. I am overweight by 4 kilos… I guess I will not be able to achieve my goal…
After my APE, I headed home to change since I'll be reporting to work so I have to be in a business casual… I am getting a lot of jitters. I was sweating a lot even the AC was full blast. I guess I was having those birthday jitters…
I had my AOF discussion and I was happy with the outcome of my performance… I am hoping that I'll be hehehe (crossing fingers and praying…)… Hehehe
By 5:30 PM, I went out to the office and headed to Greenbelt 3 to buy something for myself. I know it's expensive but I owe myself. I need to buy something special for myself even though I'll be throwing out a party for my officemates and friends.
I did not have any seconds in buying the Nikon D40X. It's the last stock that they have and I also checked in some stores like Anson's and it's not available. Thanks to Milo, Bobi and Jerrick for all the help in getting infos about the DSLRs. I guess I have to elevate the way I take pictures… I have to limit myself from taking vanity shots and explore other aspects of photography…
I am more than half-way from my 2008 Goals… Finally, I was able to buy a DSLR… Yahoooooooo… I have a NeW BABY… According to Bobi, I have to name my new baby. If he name his baby as "FliP" then my baby's name will be ZI-AN… hehehe Hmmmm…
By 6:45 PM, I went to Krocodile Grill to confirm my reservation. I was getting anxious and uneasy… I was thinking baka di pumunta ang mga inimbitahan ko… Darlene was the first one to arrive pero she just drop by to greet me and to give her gift… Ayan may lalagyan na ako ng celfon… =) After 10 minutes, Noreen, Jona and Ron arrived. Hayun, I was relieved already… Sunod sunod na ang pasok ng mga tao… Michelle arrived… Then Mae and Jerrick. I was also surprised to see Chuckie so early. Si Pancho ang sumunod (Thanks sa Bizu cake)… Then dumating na ang mga co-teammates ko and I was surprised to see their gift ---> an adidas cap with "España" on it… Nauna na regalo ni Noreen at Jona na teddy bear. Si mae naman niregaluhan ako ng boxer shorts… Sobrang na-overwhelm ako sa presence nila… Dumating na sunod sina Colin, Tin, Reich, Jojai and her special someone… My IC classmates and friends were there sina Melay, Niko, Tin and Wil. Humabol din ang mga gimik friends ko sina Joy and Mae pati na rin si Rex… Salamat sa mga dumaan just to greet me a happy birthday. All in all 40 yung pumunta sa party…
I had really a great time. It was my first time to splurge… First time ko rin ginawa ang gastusan ang bday ko ng sobra sobra… Sayang wala si Bobi at si Allan…
Wala na akong maidadagdag pa… Basta sobrang saya ko kahapon… May bagong baby na ako hehehe =)
