today i was making a delivery and a lady answered the door - she was 'jerry springer show' heavy, but that's not what got to me. what really bugged me was that she was covered in all exposed areas (she was wearing shorts and a sleeveless shirt, no shoes or socks) with festering, almost gangrenous looking, sores. apart from the 94 degree temperature, i'm sure the whole thing must not have been any more comfortable for her, what with having to actually be covered in the sores.
also today, a lady answered the door earlier wearing only a towel and telling me how nice i look....she was old enough to be moses' sister.
