I went to Mass this morning, with Willie.
The church at the end of Spring Garden?
It's a very nice church.
All vaulted ceilings and gorgeous stained glass.
You know, the good things that Protestantism won't allow.
It wasn't the best service I've ever experienced, but it was still fairly intense.
There's just something a little bit beautiful about being surrounded by so many people that all believe in something so strongly... they impress me.
Plus, Catholic church is hard! I had forgotten.
All those times when the priest-guy does something random, and everyone else responds with something else?
And they just all know what to do?
It's like this secret club, and I don't know the handshake.
Oh... secret handshakes...
Amy visited us from Cape Breton this weekend. The plan was for it to be, as various rugby players would probably put it, a "shit-show." But it ended up being fairly relaxed. More evenings of a bunch of drunk people chilling in my room.
My roommate went home for the weekend, so I had the room to myself.
It's been pretty sweet.
Although, Tessa did unplug my internet on me before she left last night.
There have been rules instituted about me drunkenly using the internet, apparently.
It's probably a good rule...
