(no subject)

Well... This past week has seen one of the last things that this world would probably ever see.

If for any reason, you are experiencing cooler than usual weather, it is because yours truly (that would be me) is an engaged man.

That's right. I have proposed to a wonderful woman and want to make her my wife and her beautiful and wonderful daughter part of the family.

That is effective on March 21, 2007. A day that will live on in infamy.

So, here are some pics.

Would have been more, but my sister kind of neglected that we brought the digital camera in the rental.

Anywho...

Here I am, predicting victory in my quest to propose (taken a couple hours before the question was popped).

This is my Marianna! My sister takes very unflattering pictures because she's all about surprising the subject of her photos. But, she's still beautiful. Even if she's not prepared to take a pic.

This is my other boy Gabe. Since my 1st boy, O couldn't be here for this event, I needed one of my boyz there. He's apparently impatient for me to get the ball rolling on asking (though, I believe this pic was actually taken after the whole thing since my sister forgot we did bring the camera until after the actual proposal, but I know he kinda gave me this look before I did it).

So, after she said yes, the waiters brought by a complimentary desert and we shared cake. Sorry, no smearing in the face. That comes at the wedding reception. ~Bwahahahaha!~ (Man... Look at the size of that bald spot... Darn genetics!)

This would be her "Bling!". Amazing how a couple month's salary can be compact in such a tiny package, but believe me. It's really worth it.

The remaining are just pics of the goings on afterward. I wasn't behind these pics other than one and that would be the one with my fianceè, her daughter (Alexis), and her sister (Maggie).

Me and Gabe.

In order from left to right: Maggie, Lexi, Marianna.

The wonderful, Lexi. Can't you see the mischief in her eyes? She's a handful, but still very lovable.

Marianna (my love), and my sister (Tami).

The two loves of my life, now and forever.

So, that's the gist of it. I am excited. There is so much to do now, but I couldn't have made a better choice. I truly believe that and am committed to it.
