Why did I do this?

O.K.... I'm at my frineds graduation at the USF Sun Dome. I step outside for a brief minute and overhear this women talking on her cell phone to her daughter. She was complaining to her daughter about the horrible traffic and telling her to be careful. So out of no where I get thios urge to do the following....
I approach. Hi mam, my name is Bill(which it is definently not). I'm actually with the Traffic Division for the USF Graduation Committee here and I couldn't help overhearing your conversation with your daughter. I was doing a survey, sorry I don't have my pen and notepad with me, but I'm doing a survey to see how we can actually reduce some of the problems with the taffic. She replied...
Yeah well you know, first off I ahd to pay five dollars to get in and my daughter didn't.
Yes mam I've actually had that complaint before, which exit did you come in.
That one right there and she came in over there.
Right, that is a little odd because we should have a man at eery entrance.
Yeah well also they charge you five dollars to get in and then you can't even find a parking space.
Yeah I understand. We actually are working on a new plan were the man working the entrance will tally the number of cars coming in so that he'll be able to tell you when the lot is full.
Yeah they should do that.
Yes they definetly should. Alright mam thank you for your time. Can I get your name. (she gives me a look) The only reason is so when I go to my suporvisor I can say I talked to such and such and she said this or that. I'm not going to put your nam in a paper or anything like that.
Well...Jerry.
Alright Jerry, thank you for your time.

And I freakin' walked away, not really knowing why the hell I just did that. But damn, it was fun.
