The Perception of Love and Sexuality in the Romantic Age and the Post Modern Society. (English/History)
Wanted:
1) An account for the English society in the beginning of the nineteenth century with special focus on norms and mentality, particularly with regards to the themes sexuality and love.
2) An analysis of Jane Austen's novel "Sense and Sensibility", containing a comparison of the views of the novel on sexuality and love to the actually existing norms in society.
3) A discussion of the value of the novel as a source of norms in the beginning of the nineteenth century concerning love and sexuality.
4) Put this into perspective (we have a Danish noun called 'en perspektivering' which is loosly translated 'a perspectivization' :P) using John Green and David Levithan's novel "Will Grayson, Will Grayson", containing a discussion of sexuality and love in the Post Modern society.
Size: 15-20 pages.
Due: In two weeks from now, aka Monday the 20th between 1pm and 2pm.
