This is Where it Ends...or Is it?
So...2006...that was a good year....two years removed from the Red Sox first World Series Championship since 1918...and one year prior to the Red Sox's second World Series Championship since 1918. I remember it (2006) like it was 4 yrs ago...ahh the memories (or lack there of). I was never a huge fan of livejournal, was always a Xanga kind of guy. That was, until they both got infiltrated by creeps and morons and ruined it for me. Though I always loved to blog, I didn't always like the people that read my blogs.
So that was then, and this is now and what has changed? Most of those people are gone like dust in the wind, blown away to some far off corner of the internet. No doubt, ruining someone else's blog. It's always amazed me how people can simply reel you in, only to cast you out, like some poor sunfish, thrown back, cuz their spiny fins hurt when you attempt to take the hook out of their mouth. I digress....I plan on using this blog to vent from time to time, talk about things that maybe interest me, and the occasional diatribe. Maybe self-righteous, maybe self-loathing, most likely the former. I don't self-loathe, I self-adore.
It should be noted that I recently started talking to someone , her name, Heather. There is certainly a lot I can say about her. I thought about doing so right now, but perhaps, she will be the subject of my first real blog posting. A finer muse, I could not ask for.
