Yesterday it was hard to wake up in the morning, because it's been such a busy week. But I did it, and then I went to work from 11-2. It was a really stupid shift, but I don't really care. I'll be done with Penney's soon enough. I wanted to do some things when I came home, but I was really tired so I just relaxed. Then I had to go to class on Meade. I thought my exam was on Iraq and it the wars in the Middle East but it wasn't. It was just Iraq and it wasn't on anything he told us to study. I did pretty bad but he's going to give us a chance for extra credit tomorrow, which is good. This professor is brilliant, but I've never had a professor this unorganized in my life. It's ridiculous! Tomorrow is the last day of class, and he's assigning us another paper. I have to work on them because I have 4 left to do. Crazy. After class I was discouraged because I did so poorly on the exam, so Jason and I just cuddled.
Today I had to get up early for my appointment at 8am, then I had work from 930-2, then an appointment on Ft. Meade to see the UMUC advisor at 230. My spring semester bill is finally taken care of, so I enrolled in summer classes. UMUC is being stupid about my APs, but that's okay. They're also not letting me test out of English 101. I'm bitter that I have to pay for it but I don't see myself getting less than an A in the class. I am also taking an expository writing class, a recent america class (1945 to the present), history of violence in america, and parenting today (a behavioral science class). I'm going to try to do some testing out of certain classes, but I have LSAT prep too. I'll figure this out somehow. All I know is that I'm finally once again determined to do my best and be successful. So I know I will do will and everything will turn out alright. I just hate the ends of the semester. They're so hectic mostly because people put off what they should have done earlier. I am paying for that now. I just want a small break and new classes. I ordered my books, they'll be here within a week. $340. CRAZYINESS!
Now it is time for All Access. Jason is at his English 101 final, and I'm watching Freedom Writers with Patrick Dempsey, and Hilary Swank. It's good so far. I also have Find Me Guilty. Jason has September Tapes. I still have the Da Vinci Code and Happy Feet. I didn't pay enough attention to them so I have to watch them yet again. I need to go eat dinner now. Pasta sides (chicken flavor) and green beans (yum) and then work on finishing up things for my humanities class. Maybe some cleaning or laundry after that but we shall see. More later...
