Sorry about that folks, yesterday I started typing up that entry right before it was time for my night class, which is Law and Legal Process. I thought I was going to have time to do it later, so I left the screen up on my computer but last night there was no time, more about that later.
So anyway, after Jason's reenlistment Jason and I went home and went to sleep. We woke up at like 10:45 realizing we needed to hurry up and get Jack and Morgan to the vet for their shots. We got there on time, and the vet was running late so it all worked out anyway. Then Jason stayed in the car with them while I shuffled off to Kimbrough on Meade to fill a prescription. We dropped off the kittens at home, and then we went to Olive Garden after for lunch. Sleep was inevitable after that. We slept till about 6. After that we went to CostCo which was really beneficial because we have a lot of things stocked up now, especially food Jason can cook for himself until I am finally home for good in December. We dropped the perishable stuff off at the apartment and then we went to Target because we wanted to play tennis Saturday morning but I left my raquet in my car in Niagara Falls. They were closed, so we went to Wal-Mart and picked up that and a couple of other things. When we came home, Jason went into the office, and I thought Jack was licking his tail but it was Margarita! To make a long story short, we thought the cat and hamster were friends, did a very controlled experiment and found out that they weren't. I guess they knocked her cage off my dresser last night, which is really high so we don't know what we're going to do with her now. But anyway, I think we did a little bit of homework after that but I don't remember.
Saturday was busy. We got up for tennis, came back and made lunch, and then started a huge unpacking/cleaning spree because the Rowleys were supposed to meet us at our apartment to go to church on Sunday. We did such a good job. I was really proud of us. All of the boxes are out of the living room so it looks just like a living, Jason swept the kitchen and bathroom floors, I washed them, and we let iRobot vaccuum everything. I am really starting to feel like I have a home. My home is with Jason, that is for sure, it's just really confusing/hard when Jason and I are apart. Then we really did homework after Jason helped me make dinner. I fell asleep while Jason was doing homework in bed and watching SNL.
Sunday morning rolled around and I got up and took a shower. Jason worked on some last minute cleaning stuff. Then the Rowleys called and said they weren't coming to church because Kelly felt like crap. We ended up going to church by ourselves, grabbing McDonald's for lunch and then Jim called and said Kelly was feeling a little better, so we headed to Meade. We got to see their new place and it is absolutely amazing. I wish Jason and I would get housing like that. I know we won't but any of the new stuff will do :-) And living in Meuse Forest with Kelly and Jim wouldn't hurt either, lol. As soon as we got there Jim and Jason started watching the Bills game. (Jason won a taco bowl because the Bills won, I was amused by that). Kelly and I went to Arundel Mills to return a shirt at Old Navy and for Starbucks. We came back and I was still talking to Kelly. I don't know what I'd do without her, especially this past summer where she was the only person I talked to. Anyway, Kelly wanted some help with homework but Jason and I really had to get going so I could pack and get to the airport. We were just sitting around at home when Marie called and wanted us to go with her and her friend Libby to dinner. We went to Damen's at Arundel Mills which was good as it always is. Then it was to the airport. My flight was supposed to leave at 9:25 but it didn't end up leaving until like 11. Jason and I hung out and did homework until it was time for me to go through security around 9. (I thought the plane was going to leave at 10:40 at that point, not 11 something). It was sad as always, especially because we didn't really know when we were going to see each other again, but we had a plan...
Because Jason re-uppped he gets 3 4 day passes he's gotta use within 90 days. So we thought we had a plan, but his SWO needed to approve it. He did! We still have to figure out planes and stuff but we think Jason is flying Southwest into Buffalo early on Saturday morning. (Saturday September 30th). We're going to go to a baby shower for his bro's girlfriend and then on Sunday we have Megan's b-day party. We're going to suprise the kids with Jason being there. So he'll come home to Brockport after that and stay until Tuesday, October 3rd, when I will take him to the Rochester airport to fly back to BWI.
Okay that was long! Now I have to go work on my laundry, and get a game plan together for what I need to do this week and this weekend since for once I will actually be in Brockport. I slept in today since I woke up at like 3:15 to take Chris to the bus station with Kate. We got back here at like 5:30 and I barely talked to Jason but I got sleep and I feel a lot better. More later, there's so much to do now!
