I finally have a home...

Whoo Connecticut.

But at least I have an apartment, which is (almost) unpacked. And internet (which is way more important).

I'm so tired of moving. I really hope I can stay here the whole two years. I like the place, I like my roomate, and I'm pretty sure I'll like New Haven. Except that people here drive like maniacs.

As usual, my mother's being a head case. Luckily, the parentals are leaving tomorrow morning and I'll be free to finish all those other things on my to-do list (which, incidentally, is almost a full page long. Eep!)

I miss all of you on the West Coast terribly, and hope you'll all keep in touch. To those of you in the East, we should figure out a good time to visit. I get a lot of long weekends and random Jewish holidays, plus mid-winter (February) and Spring (April) breaks. Being a teacher is totally going to rock. Also, if anyone has a lead on a place I can go for Thanksgiving in case I can't get back to WA, let me know. I can make sweet potatoes.
